North Riding Brewery's first beer was brewed in March 2015 after several months of planning and preparation. We are based at Unit 9 Betton Business Park, East Ayton which is on the outskirts of Scarborough in the Derwent Valley.
A tranquil setting where our beer is brewed on a weekly basis from our 10 barrel plant. We aim to produce modern ales which are traditionally brewed from the finest ingredients.
There are 4 core beers brewed on a regular basis as well as monthly specials.
Our Core Beers
Cascade Pale Ale : 4%
U.S. hopped pale ale using one of the first American hops to grace our shores, often neglected now due to newer varieties, we love this hop and the unique citrus qualities it puts into beer.
Mosaic Pale Ale : 4.3%
Mosaic hops are full of blueberry and citrus flavours and seriously pack a powerful punch. This is one juicy banger of a pale ale!
Citra Pale Ale : 4.5%
Citrus in a glass, the hop that keeps on delivering. Easy drinking premium pale ale with a grapefruit and lemon taste and aroma.
US Session IPA: 3.8%
Version 29 of our US Session IPA blends El Dorado, Comet and Centennial hops. El Dorado and Comet produce tropical fruit notes and the Centennial gives a citrus and floral finish.
US IPA 5.5%
Version 11 of our US IPA concentrates on lots of dry hopping with Citra, producing a beer with aromas and flavours of mango, grapefruit and lemon.
Simcoe Pale Ale has flavours of grapefruit, passionfruit and pine in the taste and aroma.
U.S hopped pale ale using one of the first American hops to grace our shores, often neglected now due to newer varieties, we love this hop and the unique citrus qualities it puts into beer.
