North Riding Brewery's first beer was brewed in March 2015 after several months of planning and preparation. We are based at Unit 9 Betton Business Park, East Ayton which is on the outskirts of Scarborough in the Derwent Valley.
A tranquil setting where our beer is brewed on a weekly basis from our 10 barrel plant. We aim to produce modern ales which are traditionally brewed from the finest ingredients.
There are 4 core beers brewed on a regular basis as well as monthly specials.
Our Core Beers
Cascade Pale Ale : 4%
U.S. hopped pale ale using one of the first American hops to grace our shores, often neglected now due to newer varieties, we love this hop and the unique citrus qualities it puts into beer.
Mosaic Pale Ale : 4.3%
Mosaic hops are full of blueberry and citrus flavours and seriously pack a powerful punch. This is one juicy banger of a pale ale!
Citra Pale Ale : 4.5%
Citrus in a glass, the hop that keeps on delivering. Easy drinking premium pale ale with a grapefruit and lemon taste and aroma.
US Session: 3.8%
Our US Session pale ale uses a combination of three different American Hops every time we brew this beer. Expect lots of citrus, tropical fruit flavours in this hoppy session pale ale.
Rum & Raisin 4.3%
Dark Mild with a twist, brewed with five different malts and English hops. One of our favourite ice cream flavours so why not make a beer the same?
A single hop American Pale Ale, Centennial hops deliver a floral and citrus finish.
Mandarina/Yellow Sub 4%
German hopped pale ale using Magnum for bittering, Mandarina Bavaria for late kettle aroma then dry hopped with Yellow Sub, a sweet, fruity flamenco of apricot and orange, with a hint of blackberries.
Ice Cream Porter 4.5%
Can I have a Chocolate Mix 99 please! Aromas and flavours of chocolate and vanilla in this deliciously drinkable Ice Cream Porter.
